new commission info guide

i do this because the other i have in the page looks a little boring, very basic in looks so i did this

if you want one commission just send me a note

rules:
1- just send me a note with you're idea, if there is a character of you send me all the references you can

2- send me references of clothes too so there is no confusion of wath the character is wearing.

2- and not be shy to ask, i dont have any particular rule in relation to content of the drawing 

3- the price is negotiable and it depends of wath you ask me

and you can support me on patreon too if you want, i dont have much content in that page yet, in part because i dont have any patreon supporting me xd, but im going to submit a lot more when it catch on.
